Hapkido is a self defense based martial arts that teaches focus, self confidence, discipline and balance while enhancing nonviolent conflict resolution, goal setting abilities and strength of character.MAFF offers excellent traditional martial arts training, fun cardio kickboxing classes and comprehensive fitness programs with personalized coaching and instruction.
