The Iron Kingdom is more than just a gym in Barnsley, we are a place for anyone that is interested in fitness and building a better life can come and train and learn everything they need to achieve this. Whether you are interested weightlifting, weight loss, strong man training, circuit training or just general fitness, this is the place for you.Everyone has different goals when it comes to their personal fitness. The Iron Kingdom is a place for everyone to come and train and somewhere everyone can feel welcome no matter their experience. The GymWe have a fully equipped gym with multiple areas across 2 floors. The downstairs is a large weight training room consisting of over 20 – 30 different resistance machines, a premium dumbbell rack ranging from 2.5kg right up to 50kg. We have cable machines and we also have 2 squat racks / deadlifting stations with olympic bars and bumper plates.Upstairs we have a cardio section with treadmills, bikes and rowers.
