All secured through Real Estate. 2) I make the deal as easy as possible for all involved. I find, buy, fix, and sell for short-term profits or manage the properties as rentals for long-term income. There is no work for the investor… I do it all. 3) I buy the properties below market price so there is already equity built in for a fail-safe deal. 4) I find the qualified renter who receives a fair market rental price and a home that shows like a "Model Home". We pride ourselves in the quality of our workmanship and will not cut corners to just save money or "get by". This insures a fast process for renting or selling. 5) If selling is the option, we offer owner financing or lease-options to good people who are struggling and can't qualify for the strict bank loans. 6) Together we help the community get back on track even if it's one – house – at – a – time. In summary, the investor makes better money, I make money and create jobs, we help a family with affordable living, and the community is improved.
