CivilSurv is the successor and continuation of the Lakeland and Stuart Divisions of local firms first established in 1980. Our Tradition of Innovative Engineering is provided by modern, state-of-the-art offices in Lakeland, Vero Beach, Port St. Lucie, and Sebring. Our clientele includes City and County governments, State agencies, utility companies, commercial and industrial firms, private developers, architects, attorneys, and contractors.
