Sales of store brand products reached $199 billion in 2021, a record, across hundreds of food and non-foods categories that are sold in U.S. supermarkets, drug chains and mass merchandisers. Representing this extraordinary industry is the Private Label Manufacturers Association, the only trade association devoted exclusively to the private label industry.
