In addition, our unique partnership allows us to offer our clients an option to undertake projects on a design/build basis, which provides one point of contact for all architectural, engineering and construction-related aspects of the project. By self-performing a large portion of our work including framing, sheet metal fabrication and installation, waterproofing, stucco and finish carpentry, and by maintaining close relationships with a network of specialty subcontractors, we are able to closely control our projects and maintain a very high standard of care.
