In addition to the state mandated courses, Metro personnel must attend 40-hours of training. Classroom training includes Code of Conduct, Legal Aspects, Laws of Arrest, Use of Force, Search & Seizure, Civil Liability, Report Writing, Oral Communication, Response to Disaster, Radio Use, Physical Security, Patrol Operations and Belief vs. Proof. Specialty classes are available for mace, handcuffing, baton, taser, and firearms.\\Metro Safety and Security will team with clients and act as both consultant and colleague to bring deliverable results and goal attainment.
