Egoless leadership training focuses on guiding emerging leaders through inner work to become authentic, empathetic, dynamic, and fully themselves. Ego -- our false sense of self -- is often the barrier to true authenticity and therefore real, meaningful, and effective relationships at work. This often leads to turnover and poor retention rates, ultimately negatively affecting performance, growth and culture.
