We (MCA) are dedicated 100% to memory care and the Alzheimer's resident, focused on improving and maintaining quality of life in the home, day stay and our residential communities. Our research found a significant need for focusing on two primary areas, 1) education for families and community regarding the disease and its process, and 2) the fact that a system needs to be in play for proper Assessment and Evaluation that is substantially lacking. The process concentrates on programs that significantly improve or maintain the resident's quality of life.
