BAC is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization located in Rockledge, Florida on the Space Coast. The agency's mission is to provide persons with disabilities with innovative services and opportunities to achieve personal success. BAC employs persons with disabilities through its Production Center where Adult Day Training (ADT) program participants prepare mailings, package products and provide specialty services to state agencies through RESPECT of Florida, as well as local businesses. The agency also works to find individuals with disabilities community employment if eligible and employs over 600 associates in Florida, Virginia, North Carolina and Puerto Rico to work on contracts at federal employment sites.
