We're Hello Student, part of the Empiric Student Property Group. We create "homes, not halls" by offering students places where they want to live. Our properties are some of the best in the market and our friendly and approachable colleagues get to know our students, so that we provide a more personal service. This Hello Student approach – combined with the smaller size and individual character of our buildings - helps to build a strong sense of community, encouraging students to stay with us in future years. In short, we offer our students, "homes, not halls".We've almost 100 purpose built student accommodation buildings, located in 29 cities in the UK. Over 9,000 students live with us and this is growing as we expand in 2020 and 2021. Our buildings are in exceptional locations, often with great character and individuality. We choose sites close to the universities and amenities of the cities in which they're located.
