Msingi Projects is a 80% black owned construction and infrastructure project management company formed in 2007. The company has a track record of delivering projects on behalf of both private and public sector clients. Our experience base spans across a diversity of project types including retail; health; commercial; residential and institutional facilities. Msingi's Directors are registered with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions, as well as the Association of Construction Project Managers. The company is a member of the Green Building Council of South Africa and upholds the principles of environmental sustainability in all its developments. Msingi Projects has been rated in accordance with the codes of good practice on black economic empowerment and achieved a Level 2 rating.
