At Outside Hawaii, we've created trips that blend beautiful destinations & memorable experiences with our "5 Peaks Lifestyle" that will teach you how to: Breathe Better, Use Food as Fuel, Move for Strength/Flexibility, Optimize Sleep, Connect in NatureMy passion for sharing experiences in Hawaii and beyond began 30 years ago when I moved from Indiana to Oahu where I discovered an adventurous, active, outdoor lifestyle beyond football, basketball & baseball, 3 major knee operations, 2 hernia operations, broken bones & many concussions. Hawaii literally saved my life!Fast forward 30 years and I feel like I'm 25! Outrigger canoe paddling & sailing, mountain biking, surfing, stand up paddling, sand training, ocean swimming, prone paddle boarding, racing surf skis, hiking, and fitness training certifications in CrossFit & XPT have proven to me that we can all perform better, get stronger & live younger at any age. I founded "Outside Hawaii" to share what I've been so blessed to learn with others in the most inspiring and beautiful locations throughout Hawaii. We are logistical experts and maximize our client's active experiences with a balanced and unhurried pace. Our "5 Peaks Lifestyle" blends the most important aspects of health, fitness and wellness into an amazing week. The beauty of our trips is they can be scaled for most people at any level of fitness.
