Ideal customer relationship representatives are excellent communicators, proactive, analytical, solution focused, and able to juggle many projects and customers. The best CRR's take customer service personally; are able to develop long term, positive relationships; and focus on what is mutually beneficial for JAT and its clients. All CRR's are expected to take care of their accounts from start to finish. CRR's accept, enter, and update their ETA's for arrival and departure times on each of their customer loads.
