The Science of Dieting is a weight loss and healthy eating company that helps our clients take the stress, decision making, and hassle out of meal planning and preparation. Let's face it, outside of dietitians, chefs, and foodies, nobody likes meal planning and preparation. There are so many other things we'd rather we doing but meal planning and preparation are necessary evils if you want to lose weight and/or eat healthy. The Science of Dieting strives to help our clients make the process of meal planning and preparation as automated, hassle free, and painless as possible. We accomplish this through our four step approach 1) clients first fill out a questionnaire to help identify the challenges and obstacles preventing them from eating healthy, 2) from the questionnaire, we can then provide our clients with a "Matrix of Meal Solutions" for meal planning and preparation (i.e. a mix of home cooked meals, meal kits, meal delivery, grocery delivery, and meal replacement options) that match their schedules, preferences, culinary abilities, and budget, 3) after matching meal planning and preparation challenges with their Matrix of Meal Solutions, we utilize behavioral economics to help our clients clean up their personal food environments and food culture through our "Food Environment Makeover" program.
