Southside was incorporated in 1999 in the state of North Carolina and is the brainchild of two college schoolmates, Darryl Kellough and Tim Laframboise, who met while studying for Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC).Together, the two friends and colleagues have established a first-rate general contracting firm possessing a seasoned management team.
