Mental Health Chatroom, an online platform, is an all volunteer nonprofit organization with the aim of improving society's understanding of mental health and mental illness.Vision: To create a society which supports people on their path to good mental health.Mission: To improve society's understanding of mental health and mental illness through advocacy, education, support and opportunities. Our Services- Providing programs, opportunities, and services to support victims of mental illness in ways that promote recovery.- Educating the general public about mental heath and mental illness and working to eliminate the stigma associated with mental illness.- Improving society's understanding of mental health.- Chatrooms to support victims from depression or anxiety to full recovery. Our chatrooms are independent non-profit and free, and they include: a depression support group and an anxiety support group.Our Campus-run chaptersAt Mental Health Chatroom we empower students to stand up against the stigma on mental illness by supporting our student-run chapters on university campuses with training, leadership skills, and resources.Our university chapters promote advocacy, and mental health awareness at campuses.
