BEI also offers development sites in Rockford, Sugar Grove and throughout the Fox Valley along Kirk Road, Route 38, Route 47, Main Street and Randall Road in Batavia.As the firm enters its 56th year, we have acquired over 50 properties in the industrial, retail, office/commercial, and residential markets as well as over 1,000 acres of vacant land throughout the Fox Valley area. With so many properties throughout the Fox Valley, BEI saw the need to update Batavia Enterprises, Inc.'s image and name.
