Located in the heart of Colorado's oil and gas country, Pawnee Waste is a solid waste landfill exclusively designed for the safe, ecological processing and disposal of special exploration and production (E&P) waste streams from the region's oil and gas (O&G) industry. Pawnee Waste is the only E&P solid waste landfill to carry a Technologically Enhanced Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (TENORM) permit in Weld County, and one of only three disposal sites permitted in the State of Colorado to accept TENORM E&P waste above CDPHE administrative limits.
