I'm a professional with extensive expertise in IT Project Management, Business Analysis and Organisational Development acquired during several business projects as well as ERP, SCM and CRM implementations. Since 2009 my focus shifted from daily project and analysis activities to the coaching of individuals and teams towards a more agile organisational structure and more professional PM and BA practices, either standalone or as part of a PMO. To improve on these practices I base my work on maturity models and inline with Agile approaches such as Scrum, Lean and Service Design Thinking. In most organisations a combination of these models and approaches lead to better results, faster. My key areas of interest are process improvement, business analysis, organisational development, IT architecture, team organisation, service design thinking, visualisation and job design. My professional goal is to work on exciting projects where a combination of these interests are relevant.
