Carroll Motor Fuels is a 4th generation, family owned business based out of Baltimore, Maryland. Carroll started as a modest coal business in 1907 by Benson Phelps and transitioned to a heating oil business in the 1940s, eventually transitioning to the motor fuel business in the 1970s. Carroll continued to grow and expand over the next few decades. In 2012, Carroll Fuel exited the home services business and began a new journey into the convenience store realm with the acquisition of High's of Baltimore, LLC. Our company offers a multitude of services including commercial fuel sales, pump and tank sales, motor fuel transportation and branded/unbranded fuel services. We pride ourselves on top notch, reliable service and dependability.
