The firm's design services include HVAC, electrical power, plumbing, telecommunications, security, audiovisual, lighting and control, LEED®/sustainable design, and mission-critical design.Our portfolio includes commercial office buildings, tenant interiors, multi-family residential, mixed-use projects, K-12 and higher education facilities, R&D facilities, courthouses, municipal buildings, rural utilities, and detention facilities.OSE has achieved successful projects through strong working relationships with clients and effective project management. We respect the client's time and cost constraints in providing a well-coordinated, efficient project with a high degree of functional efficiency.
