In addition, Tom manages the financial division of Rincon Homes.Kevin Dunn - Manages acquisition of properties, project design and entitlement process in San Diego County. He is a licensed real estate broker and manages the sale of all homes in Orange and San Diego Counties. Kevin works closely with Rincon's investors and debt partners. Cameron St.Clair - Manages the vertical / horizontal construction, purchasing, and interior design of all homes. He holds the companies general contracting license.
