STAP Industries was founded in 1984, based in Louisville, Kentucky, with a total commitment to provide the highest quality aviation tooling and ground support equipment. Owning a large library of aircraft tool drawings gives us the capability to manufacture tooling for Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer and Douglas aircraft. We have the capacity to manufacture a wide range of tooling and equipment. We also offer customer specific or customized tooling made to order for specialized projects, military or government requirements, though our in-house engineering staff. We can manufacture engine and APU stands, work platforms and aircraft docking systems per customer requirements. We are also extremely flexible in working with our customers, helping them with design specification meeting your delivery schedules. STAP Industries not only stocks tooling but also purchases surplus tooling and is open to consignment opportunities, please contact your account representative for details. STAP Industries offers a lease pool of tooling for Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and Embraer aircraft. Our availability includes and not limited to, bootstrap kits, slings, wrenches and many other tools in our lease pool. STAP offers Load Testing services. Your first load testing is offered with a 25% discount. We invite large MRO's to contact us regarding our nose to tail tool leasing programs.
