PROPERTY NEGOTIATION. If you already have a property that you have your eyes on, I can just come in and do the negotiation part for you. 3. HOME-AND-LAND PURCHASE. I have builders approaching me and trying to offload their products. In a Home and Land estate you normally have hundreds of lots available. I have filtered and sort them out and present the ones that are outstanding compared to the rest. With this service you get to enjoy a free Comprehensive Buyer's Agent service because I get a referral from the builder.
