IllumiNATION Counseling & Coaching, LLC support persons by applying complementary therapy and coaching approaches/techniques to unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding them back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Our goal is to empower, inspire and energize persons in regards to developing short and long-term goals that foster measurable change and growth. We believe that through counseling and/or coaching a person can become at least one step closer to a positive path of growth and well-being.Our approach to therapy is based on developing an authentic relationship with our consumers, built on self-acceptance, self-awareness, discovery and empowerment. Our aim is to bring "Illumination" or light to situations that may appear dark so that we can help persons to TRANSCEND beyond their current place of discomfort. We work together as a COLLABORATIVE team with the consumer while allowing them to be the EXPERT of their experiences. We are here to support, guide and to foster a bright outlook on life.
