Radio Unica is a leading Spanish-language national radio network operatingin the United States. Our network reaches markets where approximately 78% of theHispanic population resides through our 12 owned and/or operated and 33affiliate stations. Our owned and/or operated radio stations are located in tenmarkets, including eight of the top ten Hispanic markets. Our proprietaryprogramming is based on a news/talk format. We produce 19 hours of live andfirst-run, celebrity based programming each weekday and 23 hours of suchprogramming each weekend. Our owned and operated stations broadcast this networkprogramming 24 hours a day, seven days a week and our affiliate stationsbroadcast it for a minimum of eight hours a day, each weekday. Many of ouraffiliates have branded themselves as Radio Unica stations and broadcast asignificant portion of our available programming.
