For over 4 decades, the Calvani family have taken their family's traditional Italian recipes, culinary ethos, and cooking techniques, and then added the finest local ingredients to recreate authentic Italian restaurant experiences in Jersey. La Buca was founded in the 1970's, La Cantina in early 1990's and now La Cucina, yet another authentic, fresh Italian Restaurant, that focuses on what makes Italian food and drink special: seasonality, locality & simplicity. It's food ‘just like Mamma used to make', served without any fuss in a relaxed, vibrant Italian atmosphere where everyone instantly feels at home. Everything is prepared from scratch, using top quality imported and local seasonal produce.
