The Founders Forge is a Founder Leadership Development program. We work with founders or founding teams, or groups of just a few founders to help them (1) develop the frameworks for effectively leading a high performance team; (2) help them develop the clarity to keep them energized, help them execute, and stay focused; and (3) identify and deal with the things that are holding them back or slowing them down. Being a founder is one of the most diverse and difficult jobs in the world and yet requires no previous experience. Many founders find it difficult to deal with the overwhelming demands of the job, the pressures that come from all directions, and the psychological toll of making decisions that impact many people. Some also have the added stress that comes from doubts that surface when the tough times emerge (and they always emerge) and they wonder if they are up to the task.The Founders Forge determines the specific needs of each founding team, its strengths and weaknesses, and develops an individual curriculum and set of frameworks to help the teams avoid common setbacks, create momentum, and build a strong growth foundation for their business.
