So my wife and I decided to start Upper Crust Distribution to take the best of what each bakery had to offer and put it all on one truck. We carry artisan breads, deli breads and rolls, authentic sourdough, specialty breads, hamburger and hot dog buns, breakfast breads, flat bread and tortillas. But more importantly, because of the relationships we have with so many different bakeries we are able to offer a wide range of options within each product type to fit the needs of your entire menu. We are a wholesale bakery distribution company that currently represents 13 of the best bakeries in Southern California. We have been in business for 25 years and cover from Los Angeles to San Diego.
