At iuxta we work with both privately held and corporate clients across a wide range of industry sectors and projects. We consult to management and boards as their external adviser, advise to project steering committees, perform independent appraisals of business and boards, and work alongside family owned businesses as their commercial counsel. As commercial counsel, we assist clients in a range of activities including customer and supplier contract negotiations, securing equity and finance, assisting with targeting products to global markets, management reviews, family succession and structure advise, and governance. We enjoy working closely with clients and with this we have formed a boutique advisory firm iuxta, to focus on working with a selected number of clients as their commercial counsel.
