Anthony Sanders brings extensive business experience to Impact Executive Search. He has over thirty-five years of experience in manufacturing, marketing, and human resources with a fortune 50 company, as well as smaller scale publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Impact Executive Search, Mr. Sanders was Vice President of Human Resources for the world's leading provider of color measurement solutions. Additionally, Mr. Sanders has held increasingly responsible positions in the transportation, commercial office furniture, and industrial coatings industries. In conjunction with his leadership roles, he has had both domestic and international responsibility. Mr. Sanders' search experience is enhanced by his past hands-on involvement in growth through acquisitions, corporate restructuring and start-up activities. He has been actively involved in recruiting at all levels of corporate disciplines. Mr. Sanders received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management from the University of Baltimore and an MBA from Mount Saint Mary's College, Emmitsburg, Maryland.
