Through its East Asian base it blends the best of Western and Eastern knowledge and customer focus. The company was set up by the former Greater Mekong Regional Manager for a global consulting firm OWL has a network of engineers covering mechanical, electrical, C&I, civil, mining and shipping that can be put together to develop and implement projects across a range of power generation and transmission technologies. OWL is capable of taking projects from the pre-feasibility stage and developing them into revenue generating assets. OWL's expertise covers the full project management cycle from initial concept, through development, construction management, operations and maintenance to refurbishment OWL differentiates itself from other consultants because it also takes equity positions where this is beneficial to the project and so we think like developers rather than pure consultants
