Specialties:Full service residential and light commercial construction. We do new homes, remodeling, small jobs and large. We also do commercial tenant build-out. History: Established in 1995. Tory started working as a carpenter apprentice in 1987. He got his Minnesota general contracting license in 1995 and focused on residential projects. He began doing commercial construction projects in 2002 and industrial construction projects in 2006. In 2015, Tory decided to reenter the residential construction sector with Skill-It LLC. Back to what we love the most! Tory is a certified professional project manager (PMP) and licensed general contractor since 1995. Tory started as an apprentice in large-scale residential construction in 1987. He has several degrees in construction management and project management. Tory works on the projects and usually directly supervises all the work being done.
