We have been in business since 1983, serving individuals and corporate clients in our service area. Physio & Fitness is oriented around four major disciplines, each of which contributes to the development of successful employee wellness programs. The four are: Physiotherapy, Gym, Massage and Pilates. We staff and operate our multi-disciplinary centre with the aim or providing health and well being in many domains, ranging from the promotion of exercise to the rehabilitation of injuries.We believe in playing a preventive role. We encourage our patients to maintain a consistent exercise regime, as this has been clearly shown to reduce the chance of injury, as well as promote overall good health. We offer personalised and specialised services, such as personal training packages, work hardening conditioning, and bootcamps, which have become an excellent socially-interactive form of exercise for our patients. Our Pilates programs will strengthen the core and postural muscles which is shown to reduce the chances of injury and work related conditions.
