We can offer both opportunities to be a mentor through our Mentors page, and support services for people struggling to manage their condition through our Mentees page. We will also provide links to other mentoring services through these pages.Co-Creation Program:We have also created a new role of Peer Advocate through The Peer Partnership. This program allows people living with long-term physical or mental health problems to nominate their condition and themselves to develop a peer mentoring program.
