To ensure that you receive only the best staff we have a meticulous recruitment process including references, enhanced DBS check as well as thorough interview procedures.All our staff are trained to deal with a variety of care situations. In addition to annual training our staff have work based supervisions to check on their work performance and appraisals are completed at A1 on a yearly basis so that you can be assured that their care skills and good practice are being monitored closely.
