Shawn Monty started Financial Strategies in 1995 and teamed up with Al Gilbert in 2007 to launch Financial Strategies Retirement Partners (FSRP). Over the years, they have expanded the team to include two partners, Sarah Kenda and Daniel Grosssman. Our team of 14 professionals work with over 150 retirement plans and more than 300 families.
