Our hard work and desire to carry out the mission of the associations we assist, has resulted in sustainable growth for our clients, built on a foundation of trust and long lasting relationships.TMC offers part time services for associations that would normally not be able to afford the cost and overhead of a full time Executive Director or staff. Our staff of nine offers a wide variety of skill sets, that no ONE individual would likely possess. At TMC, we have the right people doing the right job. We bill our services hourly and typically are more cost effective than hiring an individual Executive Director.
