Center for Elders' Independence PACE offers comprehensive community-based medical and social care all in one bundle. We serve East Bay seniors who are over 55 years of age and who who need nursing home care - but we keep them living at home!CEI personal care teams coordinate and integrate whatever care a senior participant needs - home care, activities, transportation or medical care - everything from a hospital stay to an Oakland A's Game with other participants.
