Founder and Chef Neil Fusco originally created his sauce recipes in the kitchen of his successful, New York Times-rated Italian restaurant in Westchester County, NY. Although the recipes are simple, the world renowned Italian San Marzano tomatoes and Italian cooking methods are what makes our products unique.
