Nicoletti-Flater Associates, PLLP, has specialized in the fields of police and public safety psychology, crisis intervention, trauma recovery, and violence prevention since 1975. NFA has responded to a variety of critical incidents including: school, workplace, and community violence, line-of-duty injuries and death, and hostage negotiations. We work with law enforcement and government agencies as well as private organizations around the country to provide a variety of services including: critical incident response, trauma/crisis recovery, violence prevention training, direct and indirect risk assessments, pre-employment screenings, etc. We have worked with organizations across the country and around the world, as far away as the South Pole.
