Indus Himalayan Explorers is a company with more than two decades of experience in the field of tourism, tour and travel, since 1982.We are a certified travel agency registered with All ladakh Tourist Operators. The company's director Mr. Wangchok, started this company with a modest beginning. He started his journey in this field as a travel guide to various tourists. Since then it has been a long journey and a very successful one he increased his business and now we are the most experienced and well known company providing services for tour and travel in Ladakh.We take pride to state that we are the first company to introduce river rafting in Ladakh.We introduced river rafting as an adventure sports in Ladakh when rafting was at its nascent stage. Today we have our own fourteen rafts and fully furnished equipments for river rafting, increasing every year. Every season the company has at least sixteen experienced river kayakers and Mr. Pradeep Sajwan (Dani), our rafting manager for Ladakh and for Rishikesh, Manali. Besides river rafting we also have own trekking equipments imported from Europe. We have a well qualfied, well trained, experienced and competent staff. Twentyfive more staff are available for trekking, mountaineering and cultural activities. We have our own lodge, Wimbledon, for tourists and travellers.
