Udentify, is a business intelligence solution that enables collecting all the data that can be collected in the electronic environment, in a physical environment. What it does is; Firstly, with face recognition and image processing techniques, feature vector and age, weight, height is identified which belongs to the customer that entered the targeted closed space. Then, the algorithm identifies the face and memorizes it. Depth-sensor camera system enables observing the targeted customers data such as; how much time is spent in which area, which product group is being interacted by that specific customer. Finally, it adds a meaningful purpose to this data by converting it to a set of solutions to be used in actions such as user scenarios, promotion campaigns, and shop designs. While one of our products are working on data collection, our other product works on strategies that personalizes marketing. This algorithm recognizes the customer not as an anonymous, with scope of a loyalty program and by name. By processing the interactions and older orders data of the customers that shop in electronic and/or in physical environment with the same ID combined, the products that have highest potential to be bought by that customer are identified. Then the product identified by the recommendation algorithm pops out with the real-time discounts as well as the 'welcome'​ sign at the entrance for the customer to enable a unique experience. As an example; 'Welcome Mrs. Elif, today your favourite brand X lipstick has a special discount of %15 to you, go get that at the aisle 9!'​ text will pop out, and an personalized introduction is made to guide the customer to buy the product. Thus, a real-time marketing strategy is formed.
