Analytica aims to mentor students to facilitate the growth, understanding and development of analytical and logical skills in students to ensure a smooth transition from college to a data-driven corporate life. Analytica was first envisioned when a group of computer science students realized the power of data in solving a myriad of business problems and its capability of developing scalable self-adaptive solutions and discerned the necessity to broaden this perspective along with the required skills to all the students and data scientists and hence decided to organize their activities. Data Science is a fast emerging sector that ameliorates itself within a short span of time so, we strive to impart knowledge for the practical application of data science in today's industry to help the students have a smooth transition into our data-driven industry. We here at Analytica, want to assist those who want to delve into the world of data but don't know where to start from and how to go about it. From learning the necessary technical skills to thinking from a business perspective, we guide our mentees establish skills that are industry relevant and what a recruiter looks for when hiring. This will be facilitated through an expert curated curriculum which include weekly goals, all the resources about the latest trends, best practices in the field along with real world problem solving projects as well as the soft skills required to pitch the solution. Learning from the basics to specializing in a field of interest is what we offer. We also assist in writing research papers which will further enhance the credibility of our mentees in the corporate life. The purposes of the company are scientific and educational directed towards the advancement of the practical application of Data Science in the industry and the growth of individuals before stepping into the corporate life of data.
