Lumon is a world leader in frameless retractable balcony glazing systems and balcony railings, with operations in more than 20 countries. The balcony glazing systems on condos are typically installed between the top of the rail and the ceiling of the balcony, creating a protected non-thermal space that does not add to the gross floor area or floor space ratio (GFA/FSR).
