Corgenix Medical Corp. (Corgenix) is engaged in the research, development, manufacturing and marketing of in vitro (outside the body) diagnostic products for use in disease detection and prevention. During the fiscal year ended June 30 2008 (fiscal 2008), the Company sold 52 diagnostic products on a worldwide basis to hospitals, clinical testing laboratories, universities, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies and research institutions. The wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company are Corgenix, Inc. and Corgenix (UK) Limited. Corgenix, Inc. is responsible for sales and marketing activities for North America, and also executes product development, product support, clinical and regulatory affairs, and product manufacturing.
