Ecochlor has sole market ownership of the patented chlorine dioxide (ClO2) ballast water management technology using two-steps - filtration and chlorine dioxide. The treatment is not affected by variations in salinity, temperature, turbidity and vibration. From the first ballast operation and every one thereafter, Ecochlor engages in direct communication with the vessel's crew.
