VetGraft LLC is a veterinary tissue bank that produces a connective tissue biologic injectable treatments for equine musculoskeletal injuries under ISO9001.2015 international quality standards. The standard PulpCyte® injection contains 10 million minimally manipulated stem cells along with extracellular matrix proteins in 2cc of solution. The extra cellular matrix includes native growth factors & proteins similar to PRP and IRAP but containing a much higher concentration (400X). PulpCyte® is shipped overnight already thawed, rechecked for sterility and immediately available for next day injection. Additionally, due to intact surrounding extracellular matrix, PulpCyte® has the unique ability to survive anaerobic conditions and therefore, has a 10 day shelf life if kept refrigerated.Over 300 veterinarians have successfully treated equine conditions including tendon and ligament injuries, tendonitis, desmitis and bursitis. VetGraft has tracked over 5,000 treatment doses during the past 4 years according to AATB human tissue bank standards. We published a randomized, controlled and blinded 40 horse clinical trial at OSU of our product published in Frontiers in Veterinary Science. https://doi.org/10.3389/fvets.2017.00031VetGraft adheres to human tissue bank standards (Good Tissue Practices, GTP) as set forth by the American Association of Tissue Banking (AATB) and Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) as required by ISO 9001:2015. We were originally known as StemLutions, a company that recovered stem cell tissues from foal mandibles under the unerupted teeth. These tissues are from foals that die from natural causes during birth. Because we do not duplicate or manipulate our product in any way, we fall under Tissue Bank Regulation, not the FDA. Therefore, we changed our name to VetGraft in 2016, to better define us as a Tissue Bank.
