ALLY Construction Services, LLC was established to continue providing construction management services in the wake of a prior commercial construction company's decision to exit the construction management business. John Piekarski, President of ALLY, and his team operate in offices located in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. With over 60 years of construction management experience, and over 100 active projects, the team includes construction managers, estimators, superintendents and administrative support personnel. ALLY became a diversity vendor in 2017 as a Veteran Owned Business with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. In 2018, ALLY became certified as a Veteran Owned Business by the National Veteran Business Development Council. Areas of commercial industry expertise include pharmaceutical, healthcare, facilities management support, hospitality, institutional, retail, corporate office/campus and historic renovation.
